At CAFUNĒ, we take pride in the quality of our gourmet products; however, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened items. Due to the perishable nature of food, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or consumed.

Return Process

  Contact our support team at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and a brief explanation for the return.

  Provide Proof

  For items damaged during transit or defective goods, please attach clear photos of the packaging and the product to your initial email.

  Ship the Items

  Once approved, securely pack the unopened items in their original packaging and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send them back to our warehouse.

  Receive Refund

  After we inspect the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
